Terms of Service

Effective 1 October 2026

By using cstoneconsultancy.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Use of the website

You may use this website to learn about CAE and contact us. You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 or other applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected systems.
  • Copy, scrape or republish site content without our written permission.
  • Upload or send malicious code, spam or misleading information through our forms.

2. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship. Any quotation or proposal we send is valid for the period stated in it. A professional engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.

3. Professional services

Architectural, engineering, MEP, project management, asset management and HSE services are governed by the signed contract for each project. That contract sets out scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, liability and payment terms. Where it conflicts with these terms, the contract prevails.

4. Drawings, designs and documents

Unless the project contract says otherwise, CAE retains copyright in all drawings, designs, models, specifications and reports it prepares. The client receives a licence to use them for the specific project they were prepared for, once fees are paid in full. Reuse on other projects or sites requires CAE's written consent.

5. Client information

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the site data, surveys, approvals and other information they provide. CAE is not liable for errors that result from incomplete or incorrect client information.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, invoicing schedules and payment terms are set in each project contract. Late payment may lead to suspension of services after written notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CAE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability for professional services is limited as set out in the relevant project contract.

8. Confidentiality

CAE treats project information shared by clients as confidential and uses it only to deliver the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law or a regulatory authority.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The parties will first try to settle any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page on cstoneconsultancy.com.
